The 4Crawler link isn't working for me right now, but I just want to add a comment about the rear bumper. Do you really need any sort of bracket for the rear bumper? The stock rear bumper is a bit weird in that it's mounted to the body, not the frame, so I doubt it would be affected by a body lift. I don't have a body lift, so I'm not an expert on that. I did replace my rear bumper so I'm aware of what it was originally mounted to.
