Getting the Wheeling Fever

Hello guys... I am Jorge, proud owner of the 1982 Mitsu Montero.... I need some help setting up the carburetor... here are some pics of it... it has 3 screws like in a triangle shape location.. one under the electronic solenoid, one under this with a spring on the left side and one on the right side that controls idle.... for what is the first one located under the solenoid??... how can set up this carb??... Thanks!!!!
