I just found out that I have to replace both front shafts on my sporty. Turns out that the spline on the shaft had worn down and the new manual Warn hubs didn't like it. As a backyard mechanic, I am not looking forward to this. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
It took me nearly a year to figure out that this was the problem with my 4wd. The Kia mechanic was stumped as well!
