With limited funds.

Do YOU think that I would be better off replacing my entire (narrow) 85 axle housing with a 86+, keeping it stock, using my diff, of coarse.
OR
Keep my fine housing and newer shoes and upgrade the shafts with Chromoly, like Marlin or USA Alloy.

I can do 1 or the other. Also keep in mind that with a newer axle, I will have to re-fab my custom shock mounts "/\".
