hi all new here quick question? i recently had my timing belt cam belt water pump done since then very smokey and gutless now have broken rocker arm can this be attributed to recent work done as above?
swb 2.5 tdi

yes, timing was set wrong and your piston hit your valves...very common with these engines to break rocker arms when timing is out and piston/valve make contact.

Very true I have seen it on a 4d55 were all the rockers were broken because of out of time belt.
