All six hub-rotor bolts are out. Rotor is off truck, ABS ring is off rotor. It's just rotor/hub and the hub will NOT come off. I've beat it a few times with the deadblow - no luck. What am I missing?

Give it a dose of Blaster and let it sit. Then beat some more. Repeat until seperated.

Note: A mini-sledge is better than a dead blow for this one.

no kiddin'?
I thought surely there was another fastener somewhere I just wasnt seeing. I PB'd it once, and I need to make a tool run so I'll let it sit and hope for the best.

for future referene...
I ended up using a std sized straight edge screwdriver as as wedge driven between each wheel stud and the rotor, then a larger screwdriver, then I was able to use my 18" prybar to finally seperate them. Liberal use of PB blaster along the way as well.
Not fun. I was really surprised it took that much force.

I always put new rotors on. When I last did mine, I hit them hard enough to bang them up, but didn't care of course.

The other route would be to use a press.

I always have several short sections of 2x4 and a small sledge on hand for that purpose (and some PB Blaster). Works like a charm.

Yep- you really need that sharp "resonance" of the metal-to-metal for this one. A dead blow is just that... dead.

Glad you got it off!

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I wish I put new rotors on (nobody had them instock) when I did mine. I do have to take my hubs back apart to replace the ABS rings that broke in 3 pieces while taking them off, so I might just order up the rotors this time. I turned them down, but I think they are getting kinda thin for a truck this size.
