FE3's use a cast iron header if you can find one. I'm not sure what year they changed but earlier sportages had a type of header but it needed work. If you want, I have a cast iron one (like your cracked one, except no crack) off a 2000 I'll sell. If your interested, PM me. Let us know what you find.
