Ahh Zinc's!!! Reminds me of my days on the Sub bilge divin' and replacing those 22 lb SOB's they had bolted all over the hull! used them for weightlifting too. And the 10 lb trash disposal unit weights! Something like that might work. That is some serious corrosion though, is it possible he has a ground wire running through the radiator?

thats funny you mention a ground wire running thru the radiator because I was thinking some sort of electrolosys was going on. But the coolant would sort of be my ground anyway. Unless my radiator had a small positive charge. but the wierd thing is ,the tranny cooler and AC condensor are directly in front of the radiator and they are fine. I wish the radiator was made of the same stuff they 're made of.
