"Silver" was in today for the day. They stated that the rear drums and backing plates were the problem and therefore needed adjusting and lub'n. The issue is addressed. 3-4 hrs. later they began to make noise. LOL!

Stopped by to talk to gm. Had an ok meeting. Setup appointment for following day.

Girlfriend came into town & we took "Silver" to dealer for full day.... They believe it was the pinion nut and nothing else the entire time. Seems as tho the snapping, popping was caused by the nut not being tight and allowing for movement. This of course will take time for driving and then i'll have a better feel for if the prob is solved. I give the gm and his staff credit that they have continued this far.
