We get emailed our workbooks and guides for trainings... all of which is available online through our intranet at any time.. but we still get a 10-15 page booklet which gets put in in the shredder bins afterwards because we are not allowed any confidential information on paper unless its under lock and key when we are not at our desks.

After regular meetings we always get an email follow up with the information we were just given, making the notes I took pointless... ah well.
