Need a Spot

As with all older 4-Runners may ass is sagging.<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" /> What are the specs that warrent an acceptable replacement for the rear coil springs. Can I swap in a heavier coil say from a Land Rover or something readily available in the Junk Yard? I wanted to pull up the back end to level the ride, but I have been to busy/lazy. Thanks
