UPDATE:

Well crap. I paid 30 bucks to a mechanic to fix my heater (I'm glad it was only 30, and I appreciate him only charging me that - I jus hate being such a dork!). He said there were a couple fuses blown (but NOT the heater relay fan - I had checked that). He put new fuses in, and everything worked fine. One of the ones blown was my brake light fuse he said. He wasn't sure what caused the blown fuse, and said I should drive it and see what happens. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
