It's not something that you'd put on a raider.....

But it is cool. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Not even for a Montero? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> Get those inserts that the 5.9 Grand Cherokee has and install those bad boys on <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Edit: Just got some pics in. He'll send me daylight pics tomorrow. Now I see what he was referring to with the "racing scheme/theme" on the hood.

He told me that this hood is so beautiful as is in person, it would be asshame to paint over it. Not sure which option to go with, cause if I get it and paint it, no turning back. So I need to make up my mind here in a next few days. I was thinking a med color charcoal, but I'm loving this BMW Sterlling Grey on this (Pictured with painted sail panels)

then possibily leaving the hood as is. Painting the whole vehicle, leaving all pilars around including the sail panels between the door-window and rear-window black, so that the color black flows all the way from the windows, over the roof (upper half of vehicle painted black below) all the way down the hood?

Or fade the Charcoal into the Carbon Hood.......

Or bring the black from the rear window, over the roof, down the hood and down in front of the middle bumper like this VR4 and M6 (probably not)...

I'm up for ideas....

Second would be to paint it Amethyst Graphite (Inifiti has that color, a Metallic-like light Charcoal, pictured below). Paint the hood that color too, but maybe keeping those "racing theme" strips and painting them a shade lighter so it still stands out. OR painting it completely over? Haha, I sound so confusing, huh <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
