Definitely check what brand plugs are in there. Sounds like spark blow out to me. Don't bother replacing unnecessary ignition parts, just check the plugs.


They are NGK Cooper plugs gapped at .028.. Tell me more about spark blow out? What happens when it does happen. What causes it.

The plugs are good for atleast another 1k, but of course if they need replacing, then I will def replace! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> Just wondering why they went out so soon esspecially since I'm never really getting on it that much. I'm mainly on the highway.

I'm still new to this vehicle. Would I be able to gap them and install them or is this something a shop should do?
