Well, I bought the Tomken lift. Yes, it uses blocks. I'll take your previous safety comments into consideration. There were no full spring pack rear 2" lifts I could find, and budget is exteremely limited. The Cherokee will not be getting regeared, SYE, or any of that. She doesn't need a lot of lift, and if it only fits 30" tires that'll be fine.
