Roll Me Over

There is a rubber type material ring that is between the inner hub and the outer surface of the pulley that is there to absorb "harmonics" If you pull it off with the type of puller that pulls on the outer edge, you run the risk of destroying the rubber dampening material and separating the two pieces.
