Getting the Wheeling Fever

take a break... here are the right words...the bolt is tightened down once the tension is set. and make sure the tensioner dont turn when you tighten the bolt down.requires a special tool..... elsewhere i have heard that needle nose plyers are used. if so then how is the tension set? the author did not even say th take a guess he just sed to use needle nose plyers. that threw me. back to the subject. i guess i could take a guess and use needle nose plyers. where do you get this tool in case i get all proffessional?
