take a break... here are the right words...the bolt is tightened down once the tension is set. and make sure the tensioner dont turn when you tighten the bolt down.requires a special tool..... elsewhere i have heard that needle nose plyers are used. if so then how is the tension set? the author did not even say th take a guess he just sed to use needle nose plyers. that threw me. back to the subject. i guess i could take a guess and use needle nose plyers. where do you get this tool in case i get all proffessional?

Yes if your in a pinch, you can use NNpliers. Fit the tips into the two holes and crank her to the right then tighten bolt. You do your final assesment of correct measure for tension by using the grenade pin after rotating the assembly 360. At that point either you got it or you did not, at which point you will have to do it over if pin did not go in. Which tool you use to get there weather or not its the Special tool or NNPliers wont matter if your good on your pin insertion at the end..The special tool will help you get there a lot easier though.
