indeed the helicoils will be hunted down. i dont understand. i went and put the cam sprockets back in to 64 ft lbs and thought thats not enuff and gave the extra nudge, i know the original cam seals were in it they were brittle and i guess the factory had them so tight i know it took more than 150 torque lbs and the loud tink sound that both cams i felt like i had popped the bolt head off. (thats when taking them off) so putting them back on i use tb blaster lubricant,,,not penatrant and really the 64 lbs didnt feel right..hence i think the book is a little wrong i guess the bolts were stretched. but my guess is i felt better tightend to about 90 lbs and they made a little normal tight sound. all i am saying is feel right trumps the manual. but the dang water pump bolts...thats different, and look at the crank position sensor bolts ...9 lbs...little lite. oh well i doubt the factory had them bolts at no 64 lbs. i am not used to such a screwy design.
