Waste of time/money, IMHO. The fuel filters generally last a lifetime unless you've got something abnormal going on.

Maybe its a california thing, but every Toy fuel tank I've been in has been SPARKLING clean and new looking inside. No "gunk" to break loose or clean up.

There is 260k+ on the tank/filter in my T100 right now, there is/was 270k and 20+ years on my '86, and there was 230k on my '97 4runner too. When I cut up the '97 runner's tank, it looked like BRAND new inside.
