Well, that time has finally come when I can start excepting the "I told ya so" from a lot of you.
Not that I'm "sick" of my coil spacers or anything, but their performance has definitely seen a drastic deterioration since their installation. Not only has the front end sagged to about halfway (now only about a 1.5" - 2" lift), but it lost that stiff and confident preloaded feel it used to have.

I'm pretty positive I'll be going with some 3" lift OME coils from Toytec (not sure whether to go with the 881s or 882s - any advice would be appreciated!).

I've been told to use the OME shocks with these springs for better performance, as they're supposedly matched to the springrate and such. I don't know if that's OME propaganda or truth. I've got Bilstein 5125s in the rear and am a somewhat loyal Bilstein guy. So, the question is:

From your experience, would you recommend going with the OME shocks up front, or those height-adjustable Bilsteins (set at the lowest level, of course)?

Also, what's the life expectancy on those OME shocks?

Thanks, guys! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
