During one of my trips down to Spokane, I popped by Harbor Freight and picked up a gasket making kit, basically hollow punches for hole making. Gasket material kit from NAPA, good to go.

They don't hafta be purty, just functional. Having clean holes is nice; keeps the bolts from tearing or deforming the gasket during reassembly. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
