The consumer reports test was a joke. They put "outriggers" on the test truck that grossly changed the cog and put a LOT of weight outside the wheel track, both of which made it MUCH more likely to roll. The face on the test driver was fun to watch. It would almost roll over sitting still.

SWB's will have a lower polar moment, IOW, they swap ends easier, like an ice skater picking up speed in a spin by pulling their arms in.
