well, i got installed. only took about 45 minutes. one thing that i forgot to do though, is remove the negative cable. since i didnt do this, i got a check engine light from the fact that the engine wouldn't hold a correct idle. i disconnected the negative cable, and let it sit for about 15 minutes, and all was good. the idle is a little high (950-1100), but it should even out once it gets used to it. i have noticed a gain of power right about where airaid said it would, right off idle up to about 2500. i didn't have to adjust the throttle cable, because it came with new brackets for the throttle cable and the fuel pressure regluator vacuum line. it seems to be runnin great, and i just filled it up, so we'll see if it improve's my milage. here's some pictures of the spacer installed, and the new brackets. the pic's of the install didn't turn out good enough to put up. here ya are...
