Yeah baby! Remember, I am the Stig Even my very short geared 1.6L Miata will do 105-110 before running out of puff or revs or both. I only have a K&N air filter and a Borla exhaust. With a simple and cheap turbo plus longer gears it would get up to those speeds.
'97 Montero 'LSR' - 4.6 gears & factory rear locker, 33" Procomp muds on 15x8 steelies, 50mm coil spacers, T-bar crank, Airlift, sans rear sway, 50mm rear frame & fuel tank lift, Aisins, ARB front bumper + 10k lb winch, 50mm DIY body lift, rock sliders, cut rear quarter panels...

I had my 1989 3.0 Raider knock on the 100mph door so I could believe a civic doing 137.

My Moms old 98 EXV6 Accord would do 137 mph. GPS verified. Yep, Garmin verified my stock 250cc dual sport does 188 mph on gravel.

My old Caprice (police car) would do a certified 137 with even breaking a sweat.
Of course, I had to do some tranny work to get it to stay in 4th at those speeds
