Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a Gen1 with the 3.0 and my Oil Pressure Gauge shows only about 20# at highway speeds and near 0# while idling.
Hummmm....that doesn't seem like a good thing! My engine seems to run fine. Except for a sticky valve lash adjuster that is intermitent, there is no mechanical indication that it is stressed or over heating in any way.
But before I start pulling the engine to replace the oil pump and/or measure bearing tolerances for wear (yes it has a bunch of miles on it), I thought I would connect one of my after market oil pressure gauges up and have a 2nd reading to verify the pressure is actually low (not just a faulty gauge). I already replaced the send unit (no change).
Here is the issue: All my gauges are US Meas. (likely pipe thread) close but not correct for the oil pressure port.
Can anyone point me to a source for a metric adapter. Tried a good hardware store and auto parts store. No GOT!
Thanks
