Mine is a "Q-industries" MV50... there are a bunch of clones out there, mostly the same, with different names. Google MV50 compressor and you'll find a bunch of links. Mine came from Pep Boys a few years ago (one of the boys was down in Montana and picked us up a few), but being from north of the 49th parallel, I can't tell you where to get em these days. Someone said Costco had them, but I can't speak to that... I do know it works very well, with some small tweaks, and it compared favourably with the more expensive ones in a test that I read somewhere...

Hi Phil, Have you swapped in a Bixenon conversion in your Euro headlights yet? No, but I did replace the H4 bulbs that my E-codes shipped with, with Nighthawk bulbs. The sharp cutoff and bright bulbs work pretty well, but an HID conversion would be nice. Maybe some day...

Time for an update:
I didn't go nuts like Ray with his bodylift and 35s, but my rig is more for distance... SO...
Found some spacers (or rather, my buddy "mitsulvr" found em for me), for $24 for the pair. For the front, I cranked the torsion bars a LOT, and then cut the upper bumpstops down.
Result: 1 1/2" of lift in the back, and 2" in the front. Just about level now. I did have to use the poly pucks that came with my air bags (the pucks came in the package in case you were using the airbags for a different application, Cherokee I think?), in order to lift them up inside the hollow-centered spacers, otherwise my air bags would have had little effect.
Truck is now sitting where I want it. More space under the belly, despite the tiny tires that're still on there. Huge amounts of wheelwell space now! Have to put some tires on soon!

I'd rather put an HID conversion kit in my driving lights (Hella 500s.) Still legal that way, and arguably more useful.

Just got back from camping - little warmer this time, although still lots of snow, since we were towards the mountains. Took some shots of the truck in the field (new camera)... No bodylift, no fancy lift kit, just some $12 spacers under the rear coils, cranked front torsion bars and cut bumpstops, and really small winter tires (that'll change soon). Lots of room in the wheelwells now! ![[Linked Image]](http://i558.photobucket.com/albums/ss28/mitsukuni/various%20automotive/DSC_0023.jpg)

Nice! You had great weather too. My sliders arrived today, so yours should be there soon. Beefy units. Heavy!

Those shots look great! What kind of fancy lens did you use to take those wonderful shots? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
The truck looks great! We'll have to hook you up with some new meats to finish off the look!
