Running lots of lift with big tires like that... Probably wanna crawl under there and start shaking parts. Tie rods, steering components, u-joints, driveshafts, track & swaybars. you could have mud in one of the wheels as well, or tossed a wheel weight. Bearings will usually start to make noise like a scraping sound when they get ready to go.
