First off I just want to say thanks for all the quick responses.
I had a feeling someone was going to suggest the Total Chaos idler arm. I was checking that out. If I can get the money together and depending on how much the rest of the stuff is going to cost me I think I am going to look at getting that one. I plan on having my truck a very long time.
As far as the calipers go, they quoted me $688 to replace both calipers and rotors. So if what ELEET is saying that really isn't bad. I still think I am going to look into the Marlin Crawler ones and might just go with their rotors too.

I meant that they are over $700 each if you walk into the cheapest dealer and buy one.
Remans are virtually free.

Marlin doesn't carry T100 calipers, AFAIK.

You can use the other calipers that come off the trucks, I know a guy who did-but they arent finned like ours and iirc he said the pistons are smaller.
FWIW I got some bendix the last time and they are really nice, the stocks I shoulda kept but the core charge was 100 bucks so that made 60 bucks total for me if i sent them off.

FYI
I bought drilled and chamfered slotted and vented rotors on eBay for about $110 shipped from the left coast. Excellent machining with no burrs or rough edges anywhere. Came with conventional (not ceramic) pads. Purchased new calipers locally, forgot the exact name but it was an Italian sounding name (Carbone?) that I have seen on other postings. They cost me about $160. Did new bearings and races as well - total cost for brakes, including factory front lines was about $350. I provided the labor, of course.
Brakes are better than anything I have ever driven. Even down hill on 7 percent grades with a thousand pounds on board, no fade at all.

The primary difference between the T100 brakes and the brakes on the mini-trucks and 4runners is rotor thickness (25mm vs. 18mm). Sure, you can probably make the smaller/thinner rotors or calipers work, but its definitely not ideal, and could even be dangerous depending how you do it. And if you used the earlier calipers with the smaller pistons, you'd be losing brake power/performance as well.
Brakes probably aren't the best place to be trying to cut corners. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" />

Got that right EB. The ones I have are the thick ones and boy do they work well.

I would assume you could use them, might need the caliper mounting brackets tho.
