The primary difference between the T100 brakes and the brakes on the mini-trucks and 4runners is rotor thickness (25mm vs. 18mm). Sure, you can probably make the smaller/thinner rotors or calipers work, but its definitely not ideal, and could even be dangerous depending how you do it.
And if you used the earlier calipers with the smaller pistons, you'd be losing brake power/performance as well.
