Have you contacted M & S Recycling or KHS Auto in Rancho Cordova, CA? These guys are the local Mistu suppliers.

I did call M&S. They asked for a pic which I will give them tomorrow. Never heard of the other place, do you have a phone number?

ok here are the pics:

as you can see, there is one hold that looks like it was drilled out from a broken bolt breaking off. the bolt that goes there holds two brackets that secure the wiring harnesses on top of the engine near the throttle body. simply cosmetic brackets to hold the wires neat, but I would like to replace this ugly drilled out hole on this fitting, which means a new fitting altogether. other than that, there is nothing wrong with the fitting.

here is a front shot, a back shot showing the drilled out hole and where it connects to the pipe going to rear of engine block, and then a side shot.

Ok... I searched your area and theres a yard in Salt Lake City that says they have a 99 mitsu with a 3.5. I chose the intake manifold and it says they have one for $40. I know this isn't the part you need but if they are willing to part the engine then it must be bad so they might have that part.
