Getting the Wheeling Fever
ive replaced the ignition control module, and the coil pack and i still have no spark on my 91.

what else could i be over looking?

No sage advice to offer here. But, I do have a manual for 1989 Raider Powertrain Diagnostic Procedures (Includes: No-start and Driveability)

agreed. smell for a rotten fish smell.


i just fixed 1 locally that was getting no spark. pull dist and spin it and no spark. ground the PTU and get spark. slap in known good ecu and gets spark and fuel pulse.

i think i have a couple ecus for a 91 lying around.....

I think the angle sensor come with a new distributor. But i would check the ecm or for a fried wire.

It is an optical sensor and was my problem.

im going to pull the ecu and check it again...
one note, when i crank her the ecu clicks alot.

how much you charging for one of those ecu's?
