I think its your dealer honestly, mines great tbh. Parts guy even recognized I work for a local shop and gave me a huge discount on some parts I ordered.

As for filters, I use the walmart brand which is actually a champ filter. Always tighten by hand and no issues but I make sure they are on there..

1996 T100, Mickey Thomson Classics, Bridgestone Dueler AT 265/75/16, custom offroad KC's.
