I tried in vain at the last place I lived to find someone with that adapter. Apparently, to balance the wheels/tires on a T100, you need to use a lug-centric balancing device, not the standard hub-centric machine that everyone uses.

96 T100 4x4 - 35's, 4" SL, 2" BL, 4.88s, ARBs, custom bumper & E9000 winch, etc.
