Congressman scorned...

Quote
"It's one thing to try to be responsive to your constituents, no matter how marginal," Abercrombie told the St. Petersburg Times. "I understand that. But to take it to the point of putting it into a bill -- you open yourself up, then, to having your judgment questioned."

Abercrombie said legislation generally is to "address common issues or concerns."

"The citizenship of someone who has reached the point of running for president of the United States is not really an issue," Abercrombie said.

First off...the one's who did not, and do not question whether he is eligible, are the one's whose judgment should be questioned. (Either way, isn't part of being a politician all about being questionable in every way!?)

Second, this may not be a common issue, but it is one of grave concern. And for someone to say it is not much of an issue just goes to show that we are about to witness the burning of our Constitution. Such a shame.

And whoever told this guy to take the reynolds wrap off his head should wrap their own head in some and suffocate.
