1st, Make sure your lower A-arms bolts are loose at the frame.

Just to clarify, I need to loosen both of the large bolts/nuts holding each lower A-arm to the frame. Any chance I can get away without doing this step since I have the 3" lift rather than the 4"? If not, what size are those nuts, and how large of a breaker bar should I be looking at to loosen those suckers?

Also, Everet, my coworker and I came up with a suggestion to modify the UpYourKia spacers that may make installation easier, if it's feasible. Instead of welding the bolts to the spacer, how about welding nuts instead and drop the bolts from the top of the shock towers to tighten into weld nuts on the spacers? This would give you 7/8" more clearance to get everything back into place during install.

GONE, all I have left are a few spare parts and the wheels.
