I just had the 2.5" spacers & fought with mine for close to an hour before I decided to drop out the ball joint. Went together really easy after that. If I ever do it again, that's the way I do it for sure .

Okay, I didn't get very far on the front spacer install. The nuts on top of the struts are completely frozen despite the PB Blaster. I think I've effectively rounded all three of them on the driver's side at this point. I'm debating cutting or grinding them off with a dremel-type tool, or looking for a nut splitter. Anyone have any better ideas to offer?

01 Convertible; Electric Fan; 3" Up Your Kia lift spacers; Tj 104's; 31x10.5x15's on Centerlines; Rear LSD.
GONE, all I have left are a few spare parts and the wheels.

I O/H'd my struts yesterday and didn't need any lubricants, I guess I was lucky. I didn't have any issues until re-assembly with the 2" spacer!!

Monroe SensaTracs #71562 & #71563. Went with these because somebody posted that KYB's were a little too stiff! So, are you looking into something regarding the part #'s?
