My front end came apart and went back together w/o the spacers very easily so no issues there at all. I'm not seeing how removing the lower control arm would help but maybe removing the drive axles would? Anybody have any thoughts on this idea? I was thinking with the axles out of the way I would have the needed room to line everything up and the lwr control arm would have more flexibility as well!! After the spacer was in and the strut was buttoned up I could then reinstall the axles. Not sure if this is even possible, input needed here before I open up another can of worms!!

My lift turned into a relative nightmare, too. I took it to a shop. They also pulled the lower control arms off entirely to put in my spacers. I'll call your trusty mechanic tomorrow to absorb needed knowledge!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
