Now are they amish or some sort of mennonite.Personally I grew up in the Amish/mennonite comunity,there are many simularities. Some of the mennonites(depending on their order).Some mennonites dress like we do,drive cars like we do,and live like we do. Others dress more like the amish yet drive and have modern convieniences.Their cars usually have the chrome ripped off,hubcapps removed ect. and then there are the mennonites that are almost Identical to the amish with the exception of the modern convienences.

All the Mennonite orders origeonated from the amish.Just different people started different orders from the amish.

One thing is certain,they are very nice polite people,and if i could convince the wife I would go back to that life.

High Mennonite. I used the more universally recognized term "Amish". They drove buggies and plowed with mules, but used powered pumps and the like. Hand drills, tho...
