Positively JUNK! Think about it.. If MOPAR could get ANY more power or fuel milage simply by changing those items they WOULD HAVE DONE IT! And prolly at LESS COST.
The tornado is a piece of CRAP and actually hinders air flow.
A SPACER under a CARB on a specially designed intake manifold can aid in filling the cylinder...but only at certain rpm which must be predetermined before installing certain thickness spacers.. putting a spacer under the TB of ANY engine can only hinder the engineered flow.
