That's why I tell people if they have jury duty to not let the guy that makes real money for a living be the foreman, because they badger people to hurry up with deliberating. Been thru that twice. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" />

Last time I was pulled for jury duty I had my company get me out of it. Middle of the summer and being a refrigeration tech+ jury duty is not a good plan. No time for bad peoples BS... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mrt.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" />

I'd like to do it sometime, just for the experience. I can turn in the check, and make the same for those days as if I was working, so the $ issue wouldn't bother me. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />

I've been called twice, landed on the jury both times. The only time lunch was provided was during deliberations. The rest of the time we were on our own. It was an interesting experience both times. My second trial was a guy accused of spitting on a cop, but he was missing a front tooth, admitted to being up in cop's face yelling and said spit just came out because the tooth was gone.

Actually was kindof a funny trial. Found not guilty, on that charge anyway...
