I don't have an answer for you on that one, but I do have a suggestion - call a boat/marine place that works with Isuzu motors and cross reference your part number.

I've ordered valve a cover gasket and the like from them with succsss for my 4JG2T. It seems the 4JB1 and 4JG2 are common in some boats.
