I had the Minute Muffler on Macleod do mine 3 weeks ago. They did 2.5" Turbo back. They were unable to find the proper coupler to mount to the turbo so they left the factory one along with 4" of pipe and welded to it(I call in my velocity tube). I'm running no muffler, just a diesel specific resinator. The res is nice and small, and I'm told it's very tough as it is designed for truck use. Everything fits nicely in the frame. I didn't bother with a tip, I figured I'd just flatten it anyway. When I looked under the truck I was very impressed with the quality of the welds and workmanship. The only downside is that I didn't get mandral bent tubing.
Everyone seems to have different oppinions on this, but allot of people have told me that on a turbo diesel mandral bends make no real difference in power.
The system sounds great. It isn't much louder than facotry at idle, and even at full throttle it's not too bad. I drove the truck fairly hard this weekend, including setting it on the frame, and racing a fullsized Ford accros a farmers field (It was their property, I wasn't tresspassing). No rattles clanks or bangs. The power inprovement was very obviouse and my truck starts way better now.
The system was $418 tax in. For what I paid I'm more than happy. Exhaust on trucks that get driven hard always seems to be one of the first things to get ripped off (right after the mud flaps and fender flares) so I'm happy paying less knowing I may need to do it agian in a couple of years.

Incase you're wondering, the Ford won the race, but in my Pajeros defence, he was on a oilfield road and I wasn't.
