Dohc 3.5 24v is 214hp, sohc 3.5 24v is about 200ish, and makes prettier music when you kick it. I haven't seen #'s on a 3.8 sohc 24v, tho. I still want to seek what a 3.8T with 3.5 dohc heads and about a 16G single turbo would do...
