I had problems with the windows on my 99 for long time. The driver side and passager rear windows where only ones that would work. I finally just cut all the wires and took the Master switchs and took it apart and there was a bunch of Black stuff all over it like they spark and leave trails behind i cleaned it up and put it back to gather and works all of them like a champ...
