Yeah I missed it too, do that in a heart beat. Kudos to Novak for offering to take care of the issue! That's great.

Body Damage is Cool
Before doing anything rash, call someone that does these conversions everyday using, Advance Kits, and Novak.
Mitch at RMH transmissions knows AA and Novak and these tranies. 303-808-1268
I had that combo in my 73 CJ5 304,NP435 and D300 I don't recall any hickups with the AA kit.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Yeah, I'm definitely impressed with how Novak handled the situation. They also said that I should be fine running it with five bolts and that they'd warranty it that way, but I'm more concerned about my tranny and T-case, which have no such warranty.

As far as rotating it goes, I rotated and flipped the gasket every which way before determining that 5 bolts was the best I was going to do. Also, there is a transmission mount built in to the adapter, so it is pretty clear which way it is supposed to be mounted.

I agree that having Novak cut one custom is the best solution, and that is why I was hoping someone would know exactly where this bolt pattern came from. I guess I will just have to dimension the 6th hole and hope that it lines up perfect. I'll also give Mitch at RMH a call and see what he knows about it. I'll post when I know how it's all going to shake out.
