Sounds like its coming along jbfp i'd go buy a new fan clutch and find another a/c fan in a junkyard both are pretty cheap. I think toasty found shocks that will work with the factory adjusters.

I bet the vib was from may funny wear on the tires and now they have trued them selfs since you got it all rebuilt and aligned.
