back of 4jb1 injection pump, whats up with the top solenoid? it looks like it governs the return line? what should i do with it?

and these wires, 2 from the CS device at accelerator spring, and then the black n blue from pump...

thanks for looking! i also lengthened the alt hookups since they were too short, next is to install the hydraulic clutch from the donor vehicle and also lengthen the PS hoses to reach since the pump is on the opposite side kinda like the alt. then cut a hole in the hood for the intercooler to fit...i also found an inexpensive supply of oil filters. LF3528 didnt need to get a valve gasket, reused the old one. front main and cam seal came from napa, rear main from isuzu, water pump and clutch from overseas along with glow plugs and timing belt. i have the controller for this glow system, i just havent looked at the wiring differences. i just finished a 4d55 to 4d56 swap, and splicing in that controller to the old system was time consuming to say the least. will the c223ts stock system even activate these plugs in the 4jb1t? any advice or speculation much appreciated.
