Getting the Wheeling Fever

I was REALLY close to buying 5150's but I felt the same way; I don't really need them on a daily driver, they just look so cool <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I also donÆt like the look of the front stem adaptor that is needed. I have some S.S. tubing I was going to fab/bend/TIG some front hoops out of, so I wouldn't need stem adaptors and because they would look *****'n! But again, for a daily driver I don't really need to and I am now thinking I will hold off on the S.S. hoops until I weld on a D44. (yrs down the road) Do you have to run the stem adaptors w/ the 5125's?? Or do they sell some sizes w/ a top stem? I like the price and look of them.
