I like that they throw out statistics like they are the mathematicians. They are taking out of context the ICBC "study" that has been a bit of a hot topic for several years. Again, another example of how to best lie to people by using statistics. Also, the numbers they post for environmental concerns are rediculous. Yes, it is true that old vehicles polute more, we all know that. However, most of the vehicles they refer to, ie delica, land cruiser etc are diesel which have better economy than my neighbors 1978 ford f250 ranger. Not to mention, all of the less than steller examples of automobiles that cruise though the calgary area. Correct me if im wrong, don't the Vancouver guys have to pass the air care?? my buddy who used to have a 1979 mazda b200 diesel had to years ago when we were in university.
